boomi feel that right now would be an appropriate time to inform you (yes, you) loyal reader of three things
a) we lost the election.
b) i am not a trot
c) religion and politics should never mix
and a fourth thing, just for good luck (like an extra spoonfull of sugar!): without MASS ACTION, student organisations will be fucked from when the (liberal-dominated) senate passes anti-student (VSU) legislation till the next labor government comes to power. not only is it taking away valuable student resources (like free legal aid, welfare services, collectives, uni clubs and activities) and giving you an extra 70 bucks or something fucked like that at the beginning of the year, IT MEANS AN END TO DEMOCRACY.
it is a sad day when democracy is hanged by greed.
